I agree with Ralom.
Telstra under the new structure, will be more flexible. Plenty of new opportunities to venture into other businesses.
Telstra is no longer a pure telco. It has ehealth, energy, and etc. Most users would agree that it has better mobile coverage as compared to other providers.
It is true that its customer service might not be the best, but it is the norm these days.
