WHA shares were suspended in the week of 23/9/2019 at a closing price of 50c; re-instated with an opening price of 14c in the week of 12/7/2021; i.e. after a 22 month hiatus.
At the time of the suspension, WHA had about 194.5 mio SOI at $0.50, 22 months later 244.1 mio SOI at around $0.15; currently 303.3 mio SOI at price of $0.073c. So, you bet, the shareholder lost out; both in terms of price decay and dilution.
Luckily, I distrusted WHA from the beginning and consequently never owned the shares - So the finer details escape me as I did not bother to read all announcements etc.
Every comparison is fraught with danger, and here are remarkable differences. But on the outset, there were also remarkable similarities.
