CATL has indicated it has no interest in being a miner & would settle for 9% + other funding arrangements at 60% ownership (if we're denied 75%). Personally, I just hope we get a mining licence. Whereas I was once certain we would get one now I'm not sure b/c it is still the corrupt DRC as we know it & anything can happen. I'm struggling to see light at the end of the tunnel. This report has been around for sometime. You would have thought there's enough in it for the Govt to issue a ML to AVZ but there doesn't appear to be any urgency to act on anything. Perhaps too many evil forces at play for the President to manage.
