This may be hard to understand, however, if you identify all the trend lines, and then you look at the price/volume graph, the critical point on this graph is the interception of the price with the highest volume and the trendlines.
Therefore at around $0.068/share is the telltale sign that this is likely to sky rocket in my opinion, as this breaks out of all downward trends and passes the price with the most "volume" resistance.
