The Reveal takeover approach is an interesting one.. either way it’s not a good look for him / Nuix. Let’s assume he didn’t actually know, the Chairman should have at least told him about the approach.. perhaps the Board themselves have no faith in him? He was definitely staying very scripted during his address at the AGM..
