The directors may be "long term" and "loyal" (so are dogs !) ... but are they competent?
PPY hasn't had any income for its entire existence, and continually relies on share issue for ongoing funding. In addition, not one of the much-heralded projects have come to fruition resulting in an income stream or a single payment for technology (?) rights.
A completely new board are likely to have more success that this mob. Couldn't be worse.
