It just goes to show how stupid the WGO board have been all along. STX and its directors have held a blocking stake in WGO for a long time now so I cant understand how this is surprising.
Gina would have known this. I still think her cash offer will be successful and up she will be the magor shareholder of WGO. She is a very smart business strategist and I love the way she goes about her work.
