Resource matters a massive amount.
Look at AVZ, in one of the worstttt countries and all they have is the resource numbers and they were pushing 4bil+ mcap on just receiving their mining license.
No reason at all PMT cant have a mcap of 2bil if they can prove up 200-300mt at 1%+ in a great mining jurisdiction like Canada.
