In the past couple of months, prior to the consolidation, I don't think there was a day when we experienced 20% movement within a day.
This is what everyone was worried about when we were told about the consolidation. And this is just the first day. We have the entire holiday season ahead of us.
Just because things will eventually take a positive turn doesn not mean our investments are not taking a hit today.
We don't invest in just one stock. If one of my other stocks is doing well and is about to go through multi bags increases. I will chose to sell my MGT holdings and invest in that stock. Make my money there and then return to MGT in a month or two. However if I have already lost 70-80% of my investments in MGT due to constant diulution, then it leaves me with much lesser money to play around with.
Burrying our heads in the sand doesn't make the problem go away.
