"Mrs Pnina Feldman, chairwoman of diamond explorer Diamond Rose, yesterday said she had sacked its company secretary/exploration manager in response to a query and a suspension of its shares from the Australian Stock Exchange.
Exploration director Mr Peter Temby had been dismissed but remained on the board until last month's annual general meeting, the company said in a statement."
