@MasterStrategist Hi, I thought that thread could be the right place for my question regarding the car parking market. So, interested by your thoughts why this market is not more developed in Australia for retail investors, while it is an active market in Europe. Perhaps, I do not hear much about it in Australia because it is an institutional market in Australia, while it is an active retail market in Europe.
