The only point in all that drivel I do agree with is that we are better off without the farm in option. However SIs would have gone for the CR without the 25% discount and 1 for 1 offer. That was a poor raise. That decision rests with Scott.
The CR did directly crash the SP, when offered a free carry option into wildcat drilling, who wouldn't take it? I'm not even angry they sold. I would have. I'm disappointed they were given the option.
Raising funds on a discovery is a non issue. Dilution is not the problem, dilution at the correct price and inclusion of retail is....
