Well of course they knew. What does it matter. It’s the leak that bothers me not the denial. Each to their own. Depending on the actual news release we may have avoided the share price drop but it may have just been delaying the inevitable.
but as I said the drop may be overestimating the bad news and when actual news is released s/p may now recover. Hope so.
