Yep, will be an extra 50M shares to buy now.
Don't think they'll maintain the offer at 80c since it will cost an extra $40M.
It would be silly to pay 80c for 60c worth of extra cash in the bank.
And since the SP was inflated by the chance of a takeover, removing or lowering the offer should deflate the SP again.
