Liquidation?? lol Well, MMX have made poultry offers to CHM which would keep them trading, but CHM will rely on the competancy of the Judge who will make his fair and just decision. Just look at the facts. I did have MMX shares and I sold them all to buy CHM shares! I cannot see how CHM can lose, period.
