Chris, I disagree with that comment.
Explorers are Junior miners, not mining producers. Explorers do all the hard yards and investigate mineral resource tenements, work with Geologists or Geoscientists to get approvals for mining, and then reach out for offtake partners or sell off a tenement. They all accrue expenditure and dont make profits as a rule. Many tenements will also expire if the ore content is of low quality or the seam is not deep or long or Jorc results are less than stellar.
Their goal is to strike "gold" with a tenement if they do indeed strike it lucky. or sell off a tenement if there is a spike in the metals or mineral markets. They are also the most highly criticized of the miners as investors often lose big on them.
@workingdog, CGB could do well with the Thai facility; we just dont have enough information on it at this stage.
