The market puts zero value on the grant now. But once we get it and start using it to build the new factory months out from offtakes etc the market will value the grant at half a bil haha.
Everyone's an impatient investor these days probably because of all the easy quick money that was being made the past 3 years or so.
Anything more then 6 months between news will have all traders and investors looking for something else to blow their cash on.
