On offer is 3 million only. Peter may extend that to 6 million (else INSTO will be unhappy if more goes to mum & dad)

Even if 1400 share holders apply for full allocation that still makes 42 Million.

My estimate is up to $3000, one will get full allocation, rest of money returned.
