From outside of the deal, we ordinary shareholders can't really tell if Therapeutics is overpaid or not, but from the share price performance it seems Mayne run for the rescue for Therapeutics! the deal saved it and boosted their share price over 40% but trashed ours by further 25%.
I would trust market over those with thumb-up
