It is evident to me that this weeks announcements show that a carefully planned path has been created that AVZ have quietly and dilligently been following.
Each step, slowly, but surely driving a nail in the coffin of all the bad actors that have participated in the fraudulant and spirilous behaviour, costing the DRC, AVZ and its shareholders time and money.
It's clear to me that certain high level support or milestones have been achieved in the background that has given AVZ the confidence they need to begin the required legal action to put to bed Dathomir's blatent attempt at a cash grab post contractural settlement.
AVZ continue to behave in an exemplary manner, and will eventually show global investors the correct way to work within the DRC and in accordance with its mining code and legal framework.
Given time, I beleive AVZ will be looked at as the gold standard on how to conduct business in the DRC for the benefit of all, govt, locals and investors alike....
