need binding off takes too for the gov financing
but because of the CR yesterday we can now get the mine and concentrator built.. start selling concentrate [ at spot or decent contract prices or combo of both ]
then when we feel like it - we can do binding off takes at the right price , get the gov finance
then do the downstream PSG [ when the timing works the best for us ]
