All well and good if ML is granted with AVZ currently holding 60% and then ceding 9% to CATH for 51% majority, and moving ahead with construction while the arbitration proceedings over each Dathomir and Zin Cheng percentage move along in the background.

Will this happen??
No ML and no moving ahead with JV and construction = sheetshow

Also will the arbitration proceedings (uncertainty of Dathcom %) hold up Gov collaboration agreement and debt financing?
Or will AVZ still be able to secure financing proportional to their % ownership of Dathcom on award of ML, and then additional post arbitration proceeding (assuming positive results)?
