	ECONOMY 

OECD releases November composite leading indicator data (1100 GMT).

COMPANIES (*) ENEL ENEI.MI Sonnedix and Cubico, two renewable energy developers, are competing to buy Chilean solar power assets that Italy's biggest utility Enel has put on the block to help trim debt, sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

The group has picked BNP Paribas BNPP.PA as adviser for the sale of assets in Greece for which it has already garnered the interest of financial investors such as Ardian, KKR KKR.N , Macquarie (MQG) , Antin ANTIN.PA , and State Grid of China, Il Messaggero daily reported, adding the transaction could be worth 1-1.2 billion euros.

GENERALI GASI.MI Italy's top insurer is planning to sell roughly 20 billion euros ($21 billion) of its Italian life insurance portfolio, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

CNH INDUSTRIAL CNHI.MI The farming and construction machine maker expects a $900 million contribution from precision technology components to the group's agriculture net sales for 2022, the company said on Wednesday during its "Technology Day" in Arizona, U.S. which runs through Thursday.

ENI ENI.MI The energy group owns 6.33% of its share capital at the end of its share purchase programme, Eni said on Wednesday. The purchase programme for the year 2022 was completed in six months from the start date, in advance of April 2023.

BANKS Italy's governing coalition is considering a "solidarity tax" on banks that would be used to cut fees on digital payments for shopkeepers, lawmakers said on Wednesday.

ATLANTIA ATL.MI Atlantia's shares are suspended - on the second of two days - ahead of de-listing on Friday Dec. 9.
