I think your right, they will allow up to 3 plants to be grown for medicinal purposes or something like that. Yes the recreational market looks like opening up faster than anticipated so no need for subsidies.
Top quality Medical Cannabis for about A$120 an ounce retail I think we will see by the end of 2024. Youll be able to pick up your Girl Scout Cookie or Durban Poison etc seedlings from Flower Power before long.
The market is very price sensitive at the moment. ie Its too expensive.
