Hi all,
here is an email conversation with South African Animate, that i sent yesterday.
I sent an enquiry through their website:
"I was just wondering what is your relationship with Australian company Stirling products?"
The reply came back from financial Manager:
Dear Martin,
As per the website (under the Tab Press) and I quote:
"Animate Animal Health, a wholly-owned South African company, has entered into a significant joint venture with a leading Australian health care company, Stirling Products (ASX:STI) to distribute the companys patented animal in-feed growth enhancer products for the animal production market throughout Africa."
I trust this helps you and please feel free to contact us should you require any further information.
Kind regards
Rhys

My reply was:
Thank you for your prompt reply. I would have one more enquiry and that is: Do you have any collaboration with Stirling at the moment? And why did you choose Australian company for distribution throughout Africa or is it for distribution throughout Australia as well?
Reply came back from Director Hinner Kster (Ph.D.) (Pr.Sci.Nat):
Martin
Stirling has unique patented products that have good application in the SA market. Animate has good knowledge about the science and application of these products, therefore such a global JV made sense. We formed a combined company called Stanimate of which I am the CEO. The idea of this company is to further develop current selected Stirling products as well as their markets across the world. The USA certainly is a big target.
