guys have a read at this bloomberg article on mcc takeover offer , its good the management threw this offer out the window and i believe mcc should go ahead with the gcl takeover cause itll make mcc even stronger which means on a later date takeover bid shall be in the mid 20s or even higher 30s unlike kiddish offer peabody made today.
