The truth is they are a vehicle of market manipulation, same as many other similar scum companies. The evidence of their detrimental influence on companies is overwhelming.
The issue is not that they don’t earn their money directly from trading - that is not the point at all and nobody cares about that. The issue is they serve a certain interest and they often choke, if not kill the companies they get involved with. I don’t care who is behind the steering wheel, I care about bussiness opportunities, capital opportunities, etc ruined. That is what they do, represent, and that is to be (and indeed is) addressed.
SS - as the other “SS” - can’t hide its “results” or evade blame by saying they were just following orders…or being Custodians for that matter…
