I don’t believe they can kick off a buy back to force somebody past 20% and by doing so make them do a takeover offer. There are rules around this. Even if they did Stx could just say yep we make a takeover offer at 10c, so it would go nowhere if Stx didn’t want it to. Stx are under no obligation to ever again offer 1:1 unless they want to.
