In my opinion PHO is heavily undervalued and has been flying under the radar for a while. The Scoping study showing NPV of USD657m using a price of USD150/t, very very conservative currently is USD300+, and a payback of 1.5 years.... current PHO's MC @ AUD34m... this is crazy cheap.
