Actually section 3.1 of the Prospectus says: “No funds will be raised under the Placement Options Offer (other than funds raised if the Placement Options are subsequently exercised) as the Placement Options are issued free to subscribers under the Placement on a one for two basis.”
I think you have misunderstood the reason for the one week extension. It’s likely to be an administrative issue related to the timing of the issue of placement shares.The placement has been completed, as announced Dec 2.
