Yeah, iirc they (GS) were expecting an additional 200kt LCE supply in 2023 and a further 300kt in 2024. In round numbers.
Are these volumes to come from permitted, funded projects that are well under construction…?
I think there are a lot of “hopes” incorporated into those figures.
Just look at the examples of delays and issues, across the board. Planned vs actual is very different indeed.
btw thanks @Egeria for posting that list of new supply in 2023; I’ll find some time to have a deeper look and see what appears likely vs a pipe dream; apologies for taking a while, I haven’t forgotten and appreciate the effort.
