Per The Australian website today:
Noni B owner Mosaic Brands is being discussed as a possible takeover target by its own managers, directors or shareholders. The Australian listed apparel company is chaired by Richard Facioni and run by Scott Evans, and currently its market value is only $51m and its share price is 27.5c.Before the pandemic, its share price was $2.28.
While such a move is not currently a work in progress, it is believed to remain one option open to the company that some insiders believe could be on the cards next year, with the directors taking the view that the business is undervalued by the market.
Mosaic Brands’ future is expected to be up for discussion at the group’s board meeting next Wednesday.
Any deal would be subject to the approval of major shareholders Alceon, which owns 20.5 per cent, and Spotlight, and would come down
