Yes, wbt have aspirations to deliver its technology to different applications.
However, the below table is used to compare the current Embedded Memory market that wbt are commercially ready to service with SkyWater using 130nm on 200mm wafers.

I don't see any data from wbt related to 11nm, so I don't believe that is accurate.
wbt have so far achieved Embedded Memory production-level parameters at 28nm on 300mm wafers and are working to further scale it's memory cell to 22nm on 300mm wafers. wbt 1Mb chip developed at Leti is at 40nm on 200mm wafers.

Also, I am not here taking a dig at wbt, the below tables intention is to attempt answering what value folks could expect from 4DS once they are acquisition ready.

Acquisitions do have a premium when it comes to industry players looking to buy new technology.
