As you are so knowledgeable about what is required, I don't understand why you are not having these conversations with the company and getting their response to your concerns?
Did you go to the DM1 AGM and discuss the need to take up the ANSTO test?
As shareholder you are entitled to criticize the company's approach, but if it were me and I believed the way you do I would contact the company to ascertain why they are not using ANSTO to find out if it were a valid reason or not and then reassess my position, not advice just a suggestion.
As an aside, you have to remember that mangy and his crew came here because someone who doesn't own any DM1 shares anymore criticized Alex Passmore the then director of RXL and so Mangy and lapdog decided to create FUD in DM1 to get back at anyone who might criticize their saviour, and they have been doing it ever since. Funnily enough Passmore resigned because he couldn't progress RXL and now just about no one is in the green over there as the sp has declined so heavily so they have to come here and spread their bile to make themselves feel better about their own investment. They are very predictable. It is also worth noting that Dr John Mair, advisor to DM1, is also a director of RXL.
