The Ni has potential but only if grades can be dramatically improved and it is sulphide with a high recovery rate. There is certainly a lot of shallow nickel and prices are buoyant. But how would it be processed into green nickel which is mandatory these days? The grades and location rule out trucking it to a plant while the Capex on insitu processing would be huge, Nickel West spent hundreds of millions and took years to get its green plant operating.
The PGEs are far from commercial imo
A story on this thread that REEs Ni and PGEs can somehow be processed together to cut costs is fanciful.
