As far as I’m concerned, Macmahons need a rocket up there arse. I work in the East Pilbara, yes it’s hot, yes it’s dusty but us miners don’t have a problem with it so long as we’re getting appropriately compensated. They need to deliver the production rates through increasing the pays of their staff to retain them and hire skilled people.
Not quite sure how reducing BCM by 20% won’t affect the annual ounces produced. Could someone please elaborate further.
Overall though things seem to be going okay. Commercial production declared in January is a must. Time to deliver in the next 2 months.
