BTH was one of the stocks discussed On the call today which can be accessed on ******. Both analysts unimpressed with what has transpired and have it as sell. Consensus is that the company has treated minor shareholders with little respect and they see growth predominantly via acquisition as a negative.
We haven't done too well post the last cap raise and right now, I think I'd be happier to take the 80 cents if it was on offer and absorb a loss and move on to less shady and less competitive pastures.
Probably won't be an option so it may be a case of hoping this management knows what it is doing and holding or taking a bigger loss and selling.
