Noise related they will need to modify the Mod report and probably the EIS. Corkery's need to provide a schedule of likely noise events over the 3 years. I mean commissioning will take 6 months so limited construction noise there etc.. Remember this is a chemical processing plant, the concrete trucks etc.. well the majority will be done early on. Then you have specialist engineers and builders putting stuff together.
