Still Eire an offer less than that 4.5 times MC would put paid to the current situation where swathes of shares are being issued at fire sale prices and the sp seemingly kept in the current range and not allowed to rise.
Emphasis on the ‘it does not have to be accepted’.
A offer of $40 would bring the sp to $40, next placement done at ….., ‘The first offer is never the last’
I do think shareholders should be informed especially if a offer of least twice the MC is made.
