No. AS a US citizen I can not short or buy options in any stock till Price is over USD 10. I was short MCP quite a bit but the company is turning things around now so I cleared puts about $27.00. I do own lots of BHP, RIO FCX and NEM , Which I bought about 13 months ago when I sold most of My aggressive growth stocks All are doing fine except maybe NEM which is flat because of the gold market. I did sell BHP in March when its Marget Cap was crazy compared to dividends Profits Revenue and book value Did buy it back when numbers came in line in June.
