Looking at CY5 corporate summary, they really have a very strong team.

Ray Shorrocks, Michael Naylor, Maddison Cramer, Duncan Grieve and Steve Parsons were / are with BGL.
BGL is a $1.2B company. Michael Naylor mentioned that they are focused on resource growth drill out.

David Southam, took MCR from about $60m mkt cap to over $1B mkt cap, will start as MD in mid Feb 2023.

Gareth Reynolds, ex SQM (Chief Exploration Geologist), MIN (Senior Geologist; Lithium & Iron Ore), 18 years of multicommodity experience
including lithium (Bald Hill, Wodgina and Mt Marion Lithium Projects).

CY5 will have 3x drill rigs running in Pontax.

1x drill rig is already running and intersected 37.2m of spodumene pegmatites.





This undercover and untested area is very interesting, they found pegmatites covered with 30cm of moss.

Michael Naylor mentioned that 98% of the area is undercover.



CY5 to acquire up to 70% of the Pontax Lithium Project from Stria Lithium Corp, 100% of the Pontax Lithium Extension Project from Canadian Mining House, and 80% of the Pontax Extension and Mitsumis Lithium Projects.

Allkem's James Bay is only 50km away up the road, on a sealed highway, for downstream integration, they are going to build a downstream processing plant to cater for the whole James Bay district.





Pontax and Mitsumis are sitting at fantastic greenstone belts.

These greenstone belts in Quebec are amazing.

WR1 world class projects (Cancet & Adina).

PMET's Corvette, world class.

AKE's James Bay, 40.3Mt @ 1.4% Li₂O.

CRE's Rose, 34.2Mt @ 0.9%Li₂O.
