Would think DFS would come before funding/same time but sounds like they are a ways down the line and given macro conditions/SP collapse, mgmt will be keen to lock away asap.

IMO DFS could be really juicy. Starting tonnage could be anywhere 5-10 and when factoring in premiums/DRI/economies of scale etc, might get some attention! Just need Q1 to give options half a chance.

With only 60/70mil shares on issue now - price could fly.
