Yes, WBT will be paying royalties and the below is the original base agreement with Rice University which had been re-negotiated to be pushed out by another year and the again re-negotiated to a capped arrangement, but details of terms are confidential.

Nevertheless, wbt is commercial ready as it will receive license fees and royalties based on production volumes from Skywater.

This is only to try and make sense of what possible value could be associated to 4DS in comparison to its closest technology listed company on the ASX.
