Sorry to hear about your rubbish run of luck mate.
I've was in that situation just over 12months ago where I was down 110k. I have sinced grabbed most of it back and believe the end of 2010 will bring some decent green.
What I'm trying to say is don't give up and try to look for stocks that are undervalued and don't let the greed monster get you when you in the green.
When everyone on a particular stock is saying 'this is going to fly' or 'the skys the limit', it's usually time to sell.
