I recall talk of a JV going back into 2008 before the sale of Rincon.
Since then ADY has collected in Feb 2009 ...$7.4m loan from YA Global, more funds... $5.8m in Oct 2009 via a rights issue and another $2m via a placement in Mar 2010.
Goodness me all that cash coming in, Vallenar Iron now owned 100% and yet no-one has signed the dotted line to go JV when global coal prices are so high.
What does all the above say about ADY and its leadership team???
