Dr J already does his fair share when I am not sure too many others in the company do.
Personally, I think that the other directors would see it as too much power being given to Dr J who they already see as being too influential with shareholders.
It is the job of the MD, or Chair, to do it even if it is only final approval once it has been drafted by the janitor.
The fact that management saw it as ok to not do it at all speaks volumes for the top management of this company and their lack of respect for holders..
Holders look forward to this bit of communication with the company even if it rarely comes to pass just what is sprouted in this "moving forward" visionary statement.
