    ANZ are now ( since Kogas issue ) under 20% of BUL's

    register and the Kogas MOU expires 30 June 2010.

    Shell needs more reserves and ANZ wants an off market

    buyer for its holding of BUL shares.

    These guys will be having some discussions in the

    bunker very soon if not already.
