per Marc - we have the best io/io data in nsclc. Will be interesting to see how the nsclc trial progresses to ph3. Surely Merck need to make a significant upfront payment before we move to ph3, in exchange we could provide exclusivity in nsclc. otherwise if negotiations with merck fail, good chance of a significant raise to try and go it alone - in which case you’d bring in another pd1 drug thats not keytruda as a means for the competition to take a slice of mercks sales in this setting.
