I don’t think I would use the words slow or lazy, I haven’t been a holder here long enough to be too familiar with management. The main issue I do have with management is not meeting their own stated timelines. I understand that things take time and there can be delays, but it is management who provide all the indicative timelines which investors work off. Making a habit of missing timeframes they impose upon themselves doesn’t exactly inspire investor confidence.
It is a behaviour that is so easily remedied as well, either by learning to set realistic timelines with the view to beating them, or by communicating clearly the reasons behind any delays.
This isn’t a dealbreaker but I value punctuality, CXO was an absolute shocker for this from 2018 up till they were closing in on their FID at the least and they have still done well.
