You've hit the nail on the head. SBM shareholders are still getting bent over here but frankly the bargaining position was diabolical as shown from today's news that Atlantic is going to go into care and maintenance until can build 15 mile stream and Simberi didn't have any buyers near fair value.
Biggest benefit from today's announcement is the cap raising that was required is being underwritten at the equivalent of $0.59 per SBM share. Would have need to be at $0.30 per share if needed to do it as a standalone company.
